These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through the Comfortable Wardrobe website and in connection with bookings of workshops, sewing lessons, and products sold by Comfortable Wardrobe ApS (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Payment
All prices are listed in DKK and include applicable Danish VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase or booking via the payment methods available on the website. Orders and workshop bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Danish consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical products purchased online. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Workshop, class, or sewing lesson bookings for a specific date once the event has taken place
– Services that have already begun with your consent
– Gift cards once used
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us in writing before the withdrawal period expires.
Returns
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Complaints
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue.
Complaints regarding physical products are handled in accordance with Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).
We always aim to find a fair and reasonable solution.
